My Proud Baby strives to make every customer satisfied with their purchase. Unfortunately things happen and we get that so we aim to make any returned order a breeze. Below are our guidelines for canceled and returned orders.
Canceled Orders
You may cancel you order at any time before your item has shipped for a full refund. In most cases you will not have been charged on orders canceled pre-shipment. If by chance you were, you will receive a full refund processed to the same method of payment.
Orders canceled after the item has shipped may be eligible for a full refund, minus shipping cost. Canceled orders received after the item has shipped must be returned new, unopened, and undamaged.
Damaged Orders
If you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us immediately at Orders@Myproudbaby.com . We will be happy to fix your order or provide a refund. We will pay the cost of shipping if the return is the result of our error.
Unsatisfied Orders
You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition and undamaged. Swaddle blanket returns must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags to qualify for refund. Used swaddles or those with damage caused by the customer will not be accepted and are not eligible for refund. Gift card purchases are final sale and can not be returned.
