If there is one thing all new dad's want, its to spend more time at home with their new baby. Unfortunately many dads do not get the proper time to bond with their new baby due to little or no paid paternity leave. It is reported that less than 1 in 5 men in the US are offered any paid paternity leave. This usually means that the pressures to return to work and provide outweigh the need to stay home and get to know the new baby.
In a press release Dove Men + Care announced their new chapter in their support for paternity leave for all dads. Dove Men+Care will make a $1 million commitment to fund dads and their families nationwide who don't have access to paid paternity leave.
